What It Is

For the Season.

Every strand is measured to your rooflines and cut to fit before a single clip goes up. No gaps at the gable. No sagging between the peaks. No orange extension cord running across the lawn.

We use commercial-grade bulbs on custom-cut runs, installed by a crew that does this all day, every day, through the season. The result looks deliberate, because it is, the same way the rest of your home's lighting is.

Then in January, when everyone else is wrestling a ladder in the cold, we come back, take it all down, label it, and store it until next November.

I.

Custom Design

Joey walks the property with you, measures every run, and designs a scheme around your home's architecture, not a one-size kit off a shelf.

II.

Professional Install

Commercial-grade bulbs, cut to length, clipped to the line of the roof. Timers set. Cords hidden. Done in a day on most homes.

III.

In-Season Care

A bulb goes out in the middle of December, we come and fix it. You should never be the one noticing a dark patch over the garage.

IV.

Takedown & Storage

In January we take everything down, label it by run, and store it until next season. Nothing in your garage, nothing in your attic.

Clean runs that follow the architecture. Warm white is the classic on a colonial, but the choice is yours. Pick a scheme and watch the strand change.

How the Season Runs

Installations are scheduled in the order they are booked, and the calendar only runs one direction.

Step One

The Design Visit

Joey comes out, walks the property, measures the runs and talks through the look. Free, and no obligation.

November

Installation Day

We arrive, install, set the timers and test everything. Most homes are finished in a single day.

Through December

We Look After It

Anything fails, we come out and fix it. The display stays as good in late December as it was on day one.

January

Down & Stored

We take it down, label every run and store it until next November. You do nothing at all.

Again?

Permanent lighting is built into your roofline once and hidden completely during the day. Warm white through the year, red and green in December, whatever you like on game night, all from an app. No install visit each November, and nothing to take down.

Plenty of clients start with a holiday install and move to the permanent system the following year. Ask Joey about both at your design visit.
